Availability: All artworks listed on the website are subject to availability. In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, I will inform you as soon as possible and provide alternatives or issue a full refund.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice, but any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.

 By purchasing artwork, you acquire the right to own the physical piece but do not obtain the copyright for reproduction, distribution, or any commercial use of the image.

Reproduction or use of the artwork without explicit permission from the artist is prohibited.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order. 

 

You are responsible for checking the product upon delivery. If there are any issues with the product upon arrival, please contact me immediately.

Shipping and Delivery

 Shipping Fees: Shipping fees will be applied based on the weight and size of the artwork(s) you purchase.

Processing Time: I aim to process and ship orders within 3 business days after payment confirmation. If there are any delays, I will notify you as soon as possible. ​

Delivery: Delivery times vary depending on your location. Estimated shipping times will be provided during checkout, but we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

In-Person Delivery: If you prefer in-person delivery, please contact me directly to arrange the details and agree upon a delivery fee based on your location.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Satisfaction Guarantee: I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Before shipping, I will personally reach out to ensure you're happy with your selection and understand exactly what you are receiving.

Returns: Due to the nature of the products (original artwork), all sales are final. However, if the artwork you receive is damaged or not as described on the website, please contact me immediately within 3 days of receipt to resolve the issue.

Refunds: In the case of an accepted return (e.g., artwork is damaged or not as described), a full refund will be issued once the artwork is returned in its original condition.

Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, you must notify me within 12-24 hours of placing the order. If the artwork has already been shipped, the cancellation may not be possible.

Limitation of Liability 

I am not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from your use of this website or the purchase of any artwork.

While I take great care in packaging and shipping, I cannot be held responsible for damages that occur once the artwork has been shipped and is in the care of the courier.
